New Appointments
If you have a new referral, please contact us to organise an appointment. Often your doctor will send the referral directly to us. In this case Dr van Hagen will assess the referral and we will contact you with an appointment.
Existing Patients
If you are an existing patient, we will generally book your next appointment at each visit. If you are not sure of your appointment time, please contact us to confirm. We will also organise your appointments for treatment in Ivy Suite and/or Ward 35.
